Return & Refund Policy – Little Juniper

We want you to love every item from Little Juniper, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (your order number or receipt)

To start a return, please contact us at support@littlejuniper.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take a few extra days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless faulty)

We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@littlejuniper.co within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
