Production Time:
Most of our items are made to order in small batches. We do carry a consistent stock of our items to satisfy the demand, howeve,r sometimes we can not guarantee 48h dispatch. In that case, please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Location:
We currently ship from Ontario, Canada to Canada and the U.S.
Shipping Times:
Canada: 2–6 business days
USA: 4–8 business days
Shipping Cost:
Free standard shipping on all orders across Canada and the U.S.
Customs & Duties:
For U.S. customers, orders typically ship duty-free under the threshold. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to love your order! If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Return Window:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made products (unless damaged or defective)
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@littlejuniper.co with your order number and a photo — we’ll prioritize a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to receive my order from Little Juniper?
Delivery within Canada takes 2–6 business days, while U.S. orders usually arrive in 4–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. No minimum purchase required.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there’s an issue.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package each item carefully, but if something arrives broken or incorrect, please email hello@littlejuniper.co within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can help resolve it quickly.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Do you ship internationally?
