Shipping

Most orders ship within 5 business days. We keep popular items in stock, but because every piece is made in small batches, production may occasionally take 5–10 business days before shipping.

  • Canada: 2–6 business days — Free shipping
  • USA: 5-10 business days — Free shipping
  • International: Available at a flat rate of $90

For U.S. customers, orders typically ship duty-free. Any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective
  • Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable
  • Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or incorrect orders: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@littlejuniper.co with your order number and a photo — we'll prioritize a replacement or refund.

How long does it take to receive my order from Little Juniper?

Delivery within Canada takes 2–6 business days, while U.S. orders usually arrive in 4–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the U.S. No minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packaged and shipped from our studio in Ontario, Canada. We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns on custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there’s an issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package each item carefully, but if something arrives broken or incorrect, please email hello@littlejuniper.co within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can help resolve it quickly.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — we accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States, but we’re working on expanding! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
