Shipping Policy – Little Juniper

📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the item is produced. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During high-volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly!


🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Canada, continental United States, United Kingdom, Spain and Portugal. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We partner with trusted carriers: Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Purolator to ensure reliable and timely delivery.


📫 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us at support@littlejuniper.co within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to make it right!

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
